Splat Tag, Inc. Paintball Waiver and Release of liability

There are important documents that you should read
prior to your arrival at Splat Tag, Inc. Paintball fields.
All players are required to sign this waiver & release to play at Splat Tag, Inc.
These documents are available for printing.

Required documents:
1. Waiver & Release form for - Minors
Minors age 10-17 must have waiver signed
by parent or guardian before playing!

2. Waiver & Release form for - Adults
Adult participants can sign form at paintball field.

Items #1 should be filled out completely and presented
to your Splat Tag™ Paintball representative when you
arrive at the Splat Tag, Inc. Paintball fields.
